FAQs
Where are you based?
Togsy is a family-run business based in Weymouth, Dorset, on the south coast of England — founded back in 2008 by Mike and Nichola Freeman.
Unlike most t-shirt shops, we don’t farm our printing out. UK orders are designed and printed by us, in our own 6,000 sqft workshop, on kit we’ve spent over a decade investing in — screenprint, direct-to-garment and DTF. US and Australian orders are printed by trusted local partners so they ship from your side of the world instead of crossing an ocean.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. UK orders are printed in our own Dorset workshop and posted from here. US and Australian orders are printed by our local partners and ship from within your region.
Weymouth, Wisconsin or Wollongong — it reaches you without a long wait stuck at customs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — every single order ships tracked, no exceptions. The moment yours leaves the print floor you’ll get an email with a tracking link, so you can watch it all the way to your door.
It cuts both ways: because everything is tracked, if a parcel ever wanders off we can see exactly where it got to. Email us and we’ll chase it down or put a replacement in the post — no excuses, no shrugging.
When will it arrive?
Your tee is made when you order it, not pulled off a shelf. UK orders are printed in our own workshop and typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, arriving 1–3 days after that. US and Australian orders print with our local partners and ship from your region on a similar timescale.
What size should I get?
True to size with a slightly relaxed unisex cut, so your usual size is normally spot on. Every product page has a full size chart — the surest test is to measure a tee you already own and love, and compare.
Caught between two sizes, or after a looser fit? Size up. And if you’re still not sure, email us — you’ll get a straight answer from a human.
What are your tees made of?
Soft 180gsm midweight cotton — ring-spun and combed for smoothness, and pre-shrunk so it keeps its shape rather than turning into a crop top after one wash.
Because we print in-house we choose the blanks and the print method ourselves, which is why the graphics stay sharp instead of going patchy. Wash it inside out and it’ll outlast the wardrobe rotation. Exact weight and blend is listed on every product page.
What’s your returns policy?
You’ve got 30 days, no quibbles. If it’s not right — wrong size, changed your mind, just not feeling it — email us for a refund or an exchange, your call. No hoops, no awkward questions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — buy any three tees or more and the postage is on us. Handy excuse to sort the wardrobe rotation in one go, or to grab one for someone whose sense of humour you trust.
